Salary : cira £20,000 PA

Hours : Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, alternate Saturday mornings

Location : Glasgow

We are seeking a receptionist, preferably with Motor Trade experience to join our admin team. 

The successful candidate must be versatile and prepared to work in a busy team environment.

The main duties will include –

  • Customer meet and greet
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Logging enquiries
  • Customer correspondence
  • Creating invoices and taking payments

It goes without saying that you must be well presented, punctual and reliable.  Our customers are the priority in our business and you must be focused on customer care.

In-house training will be offered for our Autoflow Management System.
